Facilities Use - Community
Elkin City Schools has an established process for community use of its facilities, which includes completing an application, submitting a liability insurance policy, and adhering to rental fees and representative fees as outlined in the district’s guidelines.
All organizations and/or individuals that wish to utilize Elkin City Schools facilities will need to refer to our Community Use of Facilities - Policy Code 5030 and complete the Community Use of Facilities Application prior to being approved for rental.
THINGS TO KNOW:
- Completed Applications must be received 30 days prior to the first day of the event
- Payment in Full is required 30 days prior to the first day of the event
- Proof of Liability Insurance is required 30 days prior to the first day of the event (this must be sent directly from the insurance company to Elkin City Schools)
- Non Profit Organizations are subject to submit tax documentation
