Our state-of-the-art gymnasium is finally ready, featuring advanced locker rooms, a versatile court, top-notch sound and lighting systems, and a welcoming spectator area.

Elkin City Schools, Elkin Middle and Elkin High will never look the same.

 

On August 20, 2021, Elkin City School district leaders, school administration, board members, teachers, students, staff and community members joined together to officially break ground for the new gym project complex expanding the existing gym site, built in 1962.

 

Now almost 3 years later, a vision has transformed and hard work has paid off. So many people are responsible for this vision and for making this a reality bringing a wave of excitement and pride to our school community.

Thanks to Pinnacle Architecture and Vannoy Construction for their rain-or-shine dedication, and to Vannoy's many subcontractors for their hard work and commitment.
