Time Keeper | Tax Information

Time Keeper offers employees a centralized location to access, view, print and/or request changes to several pieces of employee information. Some of the features include:

  • Clock-in/Clock-out
  • View/print time sheets and request clock in/out adjustments
  • View leave balances, earnings, and year to date deduction totals
  • View/print check history and employee reimbursement check history
  • View/print W2s
  • Request changes for phone number and/or address

Time Keeper Instructions

 

Personal Information Changes

Address - City - State - Zip - Home Phone - Mobile Phone
Changes to your Personal Information MUST be done through the Time Keeper which can be accessed two different ways.
 
Employee Profile > Personal Information
Actions > Requests

 

Tax Information

Federal - State - Marital Status - Exemptions
Changes to your tax withholdings MUST be done one of two ways:
 
Time Keeper (preferred method) OR Complete the linked forms (DO NOT EMAIL - Must be brought to CO)
  • Login to Time Keeper then click - Employee Profile > Tax Information
  • Complete the linked Forms:
 
(forms can NOT be emailed - they MUST be brought to the Finance Department at the central office)
