Dr. Richard Brinegar
Dr. Richard Brinegar, Board Chairman
Dr. Brinegar serves his community in several capacities, including the Elkin City School board as of 2012.
Dr. Brinegar is an Elkin native and returned to Elkin after earning his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in North Carolina. He and his wife, Ava have three children Joshua, Daniel and Paul and enjoys spending time with his family. He also enjoys music, sports and reading as well.
