Elkin High School Dixon Auditorium Stage Curtain Theatrical Bids

Re: Complete Replacement of all Stage Curtains Tracks and Rigging.

The project would include:

• Taking down and disposal of existing stage curtains.
• Replacement of the existing tracks
• Rigging with similar if not better tracks and rigging.
• All new curtains should be of high quality fire retardant material to conform to all building life safety standards.
• Curtains will consist of:
  • the main drape and valance,
  • black masking with 3 sets of travelers,
  • 3 borders,
  • 3 sets of legs, and a scrim.
• The width of the stage is approximately 60 feet wide.

Bids should include:

• All freight,
• materials,
• equipment,
• taxes, 
• labor,
• insurance for a completed project.
