SUN Bucks - Food for Summer

SUN Bucks (Summer EBT Program) provides grocery benefits to eligible families with school-aged children during the summer months. Eligible students receive a one-time payment during the summer, loaded to an EBT card that can be used at grocery stores, farmers markets and some online retailers. Many kids are automatically enrolled; some may need to apply. Benefit amounts may vary each year.

Automatic Eligibility (No Application Required): Your child may automatically qualify if they meet any of the following:

Attend a National School Lunch Program school and was approved for Free or Reduced-Price Meals
Participate in any of these programs:
- FNS (Food Stamps)
- Work First (cash assistance)
- Certain Medicaid (income under 185% FPL)
- Foster Care
- McKinney-Vento
- Cherokee Tribal Food Distribution

Applied for SUN Bucks after July 1, were approved and are enrolled again this year in an NSLP school

SUN Bucks - Comida para el verano

SUN Bucks (Programa EBT de verano) ofrece beneficios de comestibles a las familias elegibles con niños en edad escolar durante los meses de verano. Quién puede presentar una solicitud

Chương Trình SUNBucks - Hỗ trợ thực phẩm Mùa hè

SUN Bucks (Chương trình EBT Mùa Hè) cung cấp hỗ trợ chi phí đi chợ cho các gia đình đủ điều kiện có con em trong độ tuổi đi học trong suốt những tháng hè. Các học sinh đủ tiêu chuẩn sẽ nhận được một khoản trợ cấp một lần duy nhất trong kỳ nghỉ hè, được nạp trực tiếp vào thẻ EBT. Thẻ này có thể sử dụng tại các cửa hàng tạp hoá, chợ nông sản và một số đơn vị bán lẻ trực tuyến. Nhiều học sinh sẽ được tự động ghi danh, trong khi một số trường hợp khác sẽ cần phải nộp đơn đăng ký. Định mức trợ cấp có thể thay đổi theo từng năm.

Đối Tượng Đủ tiêu chuẩn Tự Động (Không cần nộp đơn): Con em quý vị có thể tự động đủ điều kiện nếu đáp ứng một trong các tiêu chí sau:

Đang theo học tại trường có tham gia Chương trình Bữa Trưa Học đường Quốc gia (NSLP) và đã được phê duyệt nhận bữa ăn miễn phí giảm giá. Đang tham gia vào một chương
trình hỗ trợ sau:
- FNS (Phiếu thực phẩm) ,
- Work First (Hỗ trợ tiền mặt),
- Certain Medicaid (dành cho đối tượng có thu nhập dưới 185% mức nghèo liên bang ),
- Foster Care (Chương trình chăm sóc thay thế/con nuôi),
- McKinney-Vento(Chương trình hỗ trợ học sinh vô gia cư),
- Phân Phối thực phẩm Bộ lạc Cherokee.
Đã nộp đơn xin SUN Bucks sau ngày 1 tháng 7, được phê duyệt và tiếp tục theo học tại một trường thuộc hệ thống NSLP trong năm nay.

Đối tượng Cần nộp đơn Đăng ký

Các gia đình có thể nộp đơn đăng ký nếu con em mình theo học tại các trường thuộc hệ thống NSLP/CEP nhưng không thuộc diện tự động đủ tiêu chuẩn nêu trên.

Lưu ý : Trước khi nộp đơn, Quý Phụ huynh vuil lòng kiểm tra điều kiện của con em mình bằng cách thực hiện bài trách nghiệm trực tuyến trên trang web chính thức của chương trình SUN Bucks

SUN Bucks cập nhật thông tin quan trọng

Nếu có bất kỳ thay đổi nào về thông tin hộ gia đình hoặc địa chỉ cư trú, quý phụ huynh vui lòng cập nhật hồ sơ với nhân viên quản lý sơ tại Bộ Dịch vụ Nhân sinh (DSS) và/hoặc trường học của con em mình chậm nhất là vào ngày 31 tháng 3 năm 2026.
Việc duy trì thông tin email, số điện thoại và địa chỉ nhận thư chính xác sẽ giúp đảm bảo các thông báo cũng như quyền lợi từ chương trình SUN Bucks được chuyển đến quý gia đình một cách kịp thời nhất.
