Hometown Heroes

As our nation celebrates America's 250th Birthday, Elkin Athletics is proud to honor the people who have made our community stronger.
 
We're launching Elkin's 250 Hometown Heroes, a special recognition campaign celebrating veterans, active-duty military, first responders, educators, coaches, healthcare professionals, community volunteers, and other hometown heroes who have made a lasting impact on the Elkin community.
 
For a $100 sponsorship, you can honor someone who has served, inspired, or strengthened our community. 
All proceeds from this campaign directly support Elkin student-athletes, officials, and general athletic needs. Thank you for backing our heroes and our Buckin' Elks!
Each Hometown Hero will receive:
  • A custom banner featuring their photo, proudly displayed at Grissom Stadium during the fall season.

  • A weekly social media shoutout during the season.

Our goal is to recognize 250 Hometown Heroes who represent the heart of Elkin. Whether it's a family member, friend, mentor, neighbor, or local leader, this is your opportunity to ensure their legacy is celebrated.
