The Elkin City Schools Board of Education, Policy 4135, states that if parents chose to pay out-of-district tuition in two equal installments for the 2019-2020 school year, the second half of the tuition is due prior to the beginning of the second semester, which is January 7, 2020. Payments will be accepted at the Central Office located at 202 West Spring Street. The office will be closed for the winter break from Dec. 23- January 2.
Please note that if payment is not made, parents will be notified that they have 10 days to pay the required amount following the commencement of second semester. If is not paid within 10 days, the student shall be excluded from school.
